Que fuera todo incluido
Desde la atención en la recepción que fue super demorada ya que la persona que maneja la cuenta de booking no trabaja los domingos con lo cual no tenían forma de procesar mi reservación. Solicitamos un cuarto abajo porque teníamos maletas pesadas y nos colocaron arriba porque en teoría era la habitación limpia y cuando llegamos al cuarto estaba el personal de limpieza trapeadando y toda la habitación tenía el piso mojado.

I would stay here again for sure - but will make sure to get one of the upgraded rooms.
Food was excellent- lots of options. Place was nice with a beautiful set up. Staff was friendly. Beach set up was incredible.
My hotel room was dingy and dimly lit. The bathrooms were old and had no counter space. The toilet paper was so thin. Shampoo/conditioner was combined and came in ketchup packets (women - bring your own hair stuff!!). Room cleaning was not great.

Very good food, nice location and very crowded
1. Food 2. Location 3. Towel services 4. Zumba classes 5. Coffee and winery 6. Shuttle to the airport 7. The cats in the reception area
1. They didn’t clean our room one day out of the 6 nights. I had to go twice to remind them to clean it. 2. No wifi in the rooms 3. Only wifi in the reception area where you get moskito bites like crazy 4. Not very good clean service in the rooms and bathrooms 5. Need to fumigate more often
